Student Competencies:

The students will be exposed to the following concepts in order to help shape them as more effective
leaders:

2. The Personal Qualities and Habits of Effective Leaders
3. Practical Leadership of the Local Church
4. Longevity in Ministry

The goal of the class is to increase the student’s awareness and proficiency in the following areas

1. Teamwork
2. Prioritization
3. Decision Making
4. Wisdom
5. First Moves
6. Bringing people along in vision and mission
7. Developing:
– A mission church
– A worshipping church
– A healing church
